Colgate Paper Stock Co., Inc. is a 3rd generation family owned and operated Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) located in the City of New Brunswick, NJ. Our modern 65,000 s/f facility processes materials generated from communities and businesses throughout New Jersey and the tri-state area. We provide a safe, clean and modern facility for our customers and their employees. Colgate is state, county and city approved to operate 24/7 and accept up to 1000 tons daily. We use advanced state of the art equipment and technology to separate and prepare the recyclables we buy and sell to complete the recycling loop.

As the areas largest processor and collector of recyclable paper, glass, plastics and metals, Colgate is committed to offering its customers more effective and affordable recycling options as well as providing manufacturers and end users, locally and world-wide, with a secure, consistent stream of high-quality raw materials. Colgate is a long time member of ANJR (Association of New Jersey Recyclers) and is recognized as a leader in the industry; investing time and financial resources to create cost-effective and sustainable models for the future growth of recycling programs.

Colgate strives to make it easier for communities to recycle by introducing innovative ideas, leading-edge technology and advanced systems to streamline everything from the collection of recyclable materials to processing and marketing them. Colgate is the first company to focus on and implement single-stream recycling in New Jersey. This enables customers to combine both recyclable paper and commingled containers in one collection vehicle. The convenience of single-stream recycling can increase participation at the point of generation, thereby diverting waste from landfills. Single-stream optimizes fleet and manpower requirements by cutting down on collection vehicles and eliminating the requirement for specialized trucks. Over time, this reduces traffic congestion and the energy required during the collection of the material through greater payloads and a "one route, one truck" collection methodology.

We are committed to develop and provide services and marketable products that meet or exceed the requirements of our customers and employees and do so at a fair price. Our customers are the center of our business and meeting their needs and expectations is what defines our success. Colgate strives to conduct its business with attention to the environment and community. We continually strive to improve our services and comply with all federal and state environmental laws, regulations and business vocation. We believe that the services we provide to our customers shall be appreciated and helps us maintain and gain advantage over our competitors. Colgate continues to grow because of its good reputation, reliability and continuity that directly relate to our core values.
